Problem

When using the filter feature in Excel to search for a value in a database hosted on the Z drive or Administrative Share/Business Office Share, the following error appears:

Solution

  1. Verify that you are connected to the VPN, and try again.
  2. Verify with the Business Office that you have the correct permissions to access the database embedded in the file.
    1. Permissions are correct to access the file.
    2. Permission are correct to access the database.
