Please be advised that the Franklin OIT ticketing system, TeamDynamix, will undergo a scheduled cloud migration.

  • Expected Return to Service: Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on July 2.

Encompasses services that help ensure technology, digital content, and communication tools meet accessibility standards and comply with legal and institutional requirements. Our offerings provide guidance and resources to support inclusivity and protect sensitive information. Compliance areas include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II, Section 504 and Section 508, FERPA, HIPAA, and related state and federal regulations. These services assist faculty, staff, and administrators in creating accessible websites, learning platforms, and digital communications while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Computer Support

Resources for troubleshooting and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, software, and peripherals

Instructional & Classroom Support

Instructional resources such as HyFlex/hybrid teaching guides, remote‑teaching support, scheduling tools, A/V assistance, eLearning (eLC), Kaltura, Respondus, and Zoom.

Web Site and Web Application Support

Support for your college approved and provided Drupal site and web related applications.

Servers & Storage Support

Server provisioning and maintenance, custom server or storage hardware design and configurations, UGA campus-wide Github service, network-attached file shares and custom folders, data backups, network printing.

Policies & Administrative Support

Provides faculty and staff with essential resources to maintain secure, efficient, and compliant operations. This includes cybersecurity and ethics training guidance, access and data governance policies, IT standards for hardware and software, service level agreements for key digital services, and guidelines for web and digital media content. Recognition programs like the IT Professional of the Year highlight excellence in service and support.
