Issue

Your browser security settings are set to block all third-party cookies, which make the checkbox in the ArchPass Duo frame grayed out.

Resolution

Add the following URLs to the exclusions list in the corresponding browsers:

Internet Explorer: *.duosecurity.com
Firefox:https://duosecurity.com
Chrome and Opera: [*.]duosecurity.com
