Receive or Discontinue Status and Service Updates from Franklin OIT

The following series of steps will help you subscribe to Franklin OIT status and service updates. Subscribing will provide you with timely notifications of scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions of Franklin OIT Services. Membership is optional and you may unsubscribe at any point.

1. Visit status.franklin.uga.edu

2. Click the Subscribe button at the top right

3. Enter your uga email address then click the subscribe button

4. Check your email for a confirmation message and click the link in the message to confirm your subscription

1. Open a recent status email

2. At the bottom of the email is a message "If you'd like to stop receiving these messages, you can click here and we'll stop sending messages straight away."

3. Click the link in that message.

4. The status page should open with the message "You have successfully unsubscribed."
