Classroom/AV Renovation Services

Franklin OIT provides consultations for classroom renovations and audio-visual upgrades.  We are available to schedule walk-throughs, identify equipment needs based on instructional and functional goals, collect drawings and estimates, and provide guidance for funding request and purchasing options.

Benefits of Service

Franklin OIT serves as a single point of contact for classroom renovation and technology planning, acting as your project liaison with pertinent parties including Facilities Management Division (FMD), Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS), the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), and external vendors.  We are available to collect, review, and package drawings, equipment lists, estimates for departments, and can provide purchasing support if needed.

Franklin OIT project planning services are available for free to Franklin College departments.
