IT requisitions and projects that exceed $10,000 require completion of the CESS (Computer Equipment Software or Services) process. Please complete the CESS process in UGAmart prior to initiating the purchase requisition(s). The Franklin OIT Business Manager serves as a CESS Unit Coordinator for Franklin College.
