Windows has the ability built in, its just a matter of turning it on. Without Admin required!
Unless there is a need for a standalone program in mind/preferred.
To download a different language and keyboard on Windows 10/11 please follow the below steps:
1. Press Windows Key + X.
Go to Settings and select Time and Language.
Go to Region and Language.
Click on Add a Language
Select the language desired from the list.
Windows 10 and 11 comes with the phonetics keyboard layout already available!
Follow the steps below after adding the preferred language in your settings:
1. Click on the new language button that will be under the English Language you already have. (click on the 3 dots on the right side)
2. Click Language Options, and from there Select the Phonetic layout you desire.
This way, anyone and everyone can do so at their leisure.
