In the event that a cloud recording on Zoom is accidentally deleted, it is recoverable for 30 days. Here are steps to take to recover your deleted Zoom recordings:
First, go to uga.zoom.us, log in to configure your account.
Go to the Recordings tab on the left of the screen:
Your deleted recording should appear in Trash:
*Note: If the recording is deleted from the trash, it will no longer be recoverable.
Hit Recover (this may take a while), then it will ask you to confirm:
Your recording will then be restored and available again in your Recordings tab. Cloud recordings delete automatically after they have been stored for 7 days. If you need to disable auto-delete for a particular recording, please contact the Franklin Helpdesk to change this setting via ticket at helpdesk.franklin.edu or by phone at 706-542-9900.
