Overview
One option for meetings when each participant cannot be confirmed would be to live stream the meeting. (It is recommended to test this procedure out at least once before the event to be sure the platform on which the meeting is being streamed is set up correctly.)
Enabling Streaming
To allow live streaming:
- In settings scroll down and enable Allow live streaming Meetings
- Click to allow the correct platform(s)
Streaming Zoom Meetings
To create the meeting that will be live-streamed
- Sign in to your Zoom account
- Select meetings
- Select Schedule Meeting and enter your meeting information
- Save the meeting
- Once the meeting has been started click on the "..." More tab and select the service that you will be using to live stream. Follow the prompts in the chosen service to complete the broadcasting setup.
