Franklin College provides an Online Course Evaluation System for Franklin College departments. This software is also available for non-Franklin departments at the rates listed below in the Rates section.
Benefits of Service
Course evaluations are a useful tool to assess the effectiveness of faculty and usefulness of course materials. We often get questions about the effectiveness of online course evaluations in terms of response rate. Our most recent semester showed an average 55% response rate, with several departments receiving upwards of 70-80% response rates. New Clients

Existing Clients
There are three different login portals depending on the audience. You must use your MyID to login to any of the portals. If you get an error message that indicates you do not have an account, this means that either your department does not participate in online course evaluations, or you are not in a course that offers online evaluations through our system. You may inquire about login issues by e-mailing evaluations@franklin.uga.edu

*Most non-Franklin departments only provide evaluation during Fall, Spring and Summer full terms. These three course loads are included in the $1000 annual fee. A course load means that we load the rosters for all courses being evaluated during that term.
Some departments offer courses that only run during a part of term. Parts of term is a set of dates that fall within a larger semester and are defined by UGA. Parts of term are important for the course evaluation because the open and close date for an evaluation, and the roll due date are tied to the part of term.
If a department wants to evaluate courses for parts of term, in addition to evaluating courses during Fall, Spring and Summer, there is a $300 fee for each course load for each part of term.
