To download a different language and keyboard on Windows 10/11 please follow

these steps:
1. Press Windows Key + X.
Go to Settings and select Time and Language.
Go to Region and Language.
Click on Add a Language
Select the language desired from the list.
Windows 10 and 11 comes with the phonetics keyboard layout already available!
To add a specific phonetic layout; Follow the steps below after adding the preferred language in your settings:
1. Click on the new language button that will be under the English Language you already have. (click on the 3 dots on the right side)
2. Click Language Options, and from there Select the Phonetic layout you desire.
This way, anyone and everyone can do so at their leisure.
If there is a the dialect or phonetic keyboard that you need isn't listed there that you would need, please let us know! That's something FOIT can look to acquire for you. , you can submit a ticket to Franklin OIT to add it.
