Step-by-step guide

You should be at the PC in the classroom, looking at a message that another user has locked the PC.

  1. Make sure you can see a message that another user is logged on, like this:

  2. Click on the "Other Credentials" button. This will show you who is logged on.

  3. Look for a large yellow icon labelled "Unlock" on the right. Click that icon.
  4. Enter your myid when asked, and wait while the machine logs off the other user gracefully.
