This article describes how to clear cache data for some of the most commonly used browsers:

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
  4. Deselect Cookies and Site Data.

  5. With Cached Web Contentcheck marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

  1. On your computer, Open the Safari browser.
  2. Click on the Safari tab at the top left of your screen
  3. Choose Preferences from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up.
  5. At the end of the tab, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar box and close the Preferences menu.
  6. Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page.
  7. Click Empty Caches from the dropdown menu.
  8. Repeat steps 2 - 5 to turn off the Developer tab

After you clear cache and cookies:
