Editing Image captions in Photo Galleries
Photo galleries are used to display photos for events, club members, award ceremonies. etc. When you are creating the photo gallery and uploading images, you are able to add captions during that step. Sometimes you may not have captions written yet or may have errors in them so you need to add or edit them later. This document will show you how to do that.
Step 1: Navigate to the Media Tab under Content
First, click navigate to the content tab, and then click the "Media" tab.
Step 2: Find the image you want to change the caption for
Then you will see a list of all the media uploaded. By default you see the List view but you can change to grid view to see more images at one time. Find the image you want to edit and click the "pencil" icon.
Step 3: Add or Change the Caption
The caption field is below the Save button. Enter the caption and then click Save.
Step 4: You are done!
You can go back to your photo gallery to make sure the captions are like you want them now.
