Licensing and Installing Revvity Signals ChemDraw

Licensing and Installing Revvity Signals ChemDraw

ChemDraw/ChemOffice Licensing Changes

For over a decade, the Department of Chemistry has provided the university community with free access to an unlimited site license for ChemDraw. However, with the sale of PerkinElmer ChemOffice to Revvity, the product name has changed to Revvity Signals ChemDraw, and the licensing model has shifted to per-user licensing. Unfortunately, this means the unlimited site license is no longer available outside of the department.

Important Dates:

  • PerkinElmer ChemOffice access ends on August 27, 2025.

  • After this date, users outside the Department of Chemistry will need to purchase their own license for Revvity Signals ChemDraw.

Access Instructions: Authorized users can log in using their UGA MyID here:  https://uga.signalsresearch2.revvitycloud.com/

Troubleshooting:

  • If you see an “Access Denied” message, it’s possible we’ve exceeded our license count. The license administrators are notified automatically when this happens and will remove unauthorized accounts to make room. Allow time for them to clear accounts and try again. If you’re still having trouble, you can submit a ticket here: https://helpdesk.franklin.uga.edu
