Using Search and Replace Scanner to find UGA Bulletin links

Overview
The UGA Bulletin has updated their website, so all old links to courses, majors, and minors now need updating. This document shows how unit administrators can use the Search and Replace Scanner to find links to the UGA Bulletin.

Step 1: Go to Content tab and select “Search and Replace Scanner”
The “Search and Replace Scanner” option should be the second option (after “Content” and before “Files”); it’s possible your tabs may vary slightly. See below:
Step 2: Enter “http://bulletin.uga.edu ” in the “Step 1: Search for” text input box
You will be searching for “http://bulletin.uga.edu ” (without the quote marks). For the purposes of this page, only use the Search functionality (and not the Replace functionality). See below:
Step 3: Scroll down to your search results
The search results are displayed at the very bottom of the page, after the Replace and Search Options fields. (Note that you will not need to adjust the Search Options; the default parameters will suffice.) “View” and “Edit” links will be provided to the pages with the links; you will want to use the Edit links. Step 4: Go to http://bulletin.uga.edu and find the new link(s)
You will want to search for your unit; the degree you select and the page will vary, depending on the page and/or link(s) being referenced. Note that only the General Information tab can be linked (it appears that deep-linking to the Degree Requirements is not supported at this time). See below:
Step 5: Edit the page(s), changing the link(s) to the new one(s)
Update your old http://bulletin.uga.edu links to the new ones; note that you will probably be adjusting the links of buttons (see other Drupal documentation, such as https://franklinoit.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FOKFC/pages/25270447 , if you need assistance in updating button links). See below:
