EITS is depreciating the Qualtrics service over time but is allowing those with immediate or critical needs to continue using the platform until they no longer need it and can migrate to the replacement, QuestionPro. This page outlines the opt-in process, timeline, and expectations.
Timeline
April 1st - Franklin College deadline to indicate if individuals want to opt-in for continued use of Qualtrics for cost-recovery rates. No new accounts will be created beyond this date.
April 2nd - EITS initial data collection for interested colleges along with a payment chartstring.
April 11th - Opted-in individuals will need to provide a chartstring for any future pass-through billing from Franklin OIT.
May 1st - EITS deadline for reporting opt-in accounts. EITS also begins cleaning out accounts which have not opted-in. No new accounts may opt-in after this date.
May 1st - December 16th
Franklin OIT will begin disabling accounts that:
have not logged into after January 1st
contain no surveys
for individuals no longer employed by UGA
December 17th - Franklin OIT will disable all remaining accounts and close open surveys.
January 1st - Cost-recovery process begins for all opted-in Qualtrics accounts based on the FY26 subsidized rate published (defunct) by EITS.
