Franklin College Classroom AV Instructions

To Start: Touch any part of the touch panel to begin. This will bring up the main control screen.

On the touch panel you will find these features:

  1. Input selection - On the left side of the controls you will see the options for various inputs available in the classroom. The laptop, USB-C, and HDMI in puts are for portable devices used to display information for instruction. Cables are located on the instructors desk.

  2. Volume Control and Mute - On the right side of the controls you will find the volume slider and mute button. With mute Red means muted, and Grey means there should be sound.

  3. Screen Mute - Press this if you want to turn off the video display momentarily without turning off the system.

  4. Projector Controls - In the top middle of the touch panel you will find a button that will bring to a screen where you can power the projector on/off as well as raise and lower the screen.

  5. Help - Here you can find the contact number for FOIT Support (706) 542-9900

  6. System Power - In the top right corner of the screen you will find the system power button. Press here to turn off system and confirm power off on the next screen.
