This is an intermediate topic. You will need to possess some basic understanding and have some experience with Drupal content editing.
There are many third-party content generators that allow you to embed content on your web site. This document shows the basic function of embedding a piece of external content using code provided by the external content generator.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Create a basic page to embed your content
Login to your Drupal site and create a new basic page to hold your embedded survey or form. Just give it a title and save it. If you need assistance with logging in or creating a new page, please review these instructions:

Step 2: Add Embed Code to Your Page
Once you have created a new page, go back and edit the page you created, and switch to source code view. The source code button is the last button on the right at the top of the Body of the new page. See image below:

Step 3: Save and View your Page
After you have placed the embed code above in your place, make sure to save your page. Then view the page in a browser, and make sure the content loads within your page.
If you don't see the content show up in your page, then there is something wrong with the embed code or the permissions on the content you are trying to embed. It must be content that is publicly available and that does not require a password to view.
