Sharing Computer Audio on Zoom

If you'd like to share computer audio along with your screen in zoom you'll need to be sure to configure this setting.

You may not be able to share computer audio from Netflix or other copy protected sources

Turning on audio sharing when sharing your screen

  1. Click Share Screen
  2. Select the correct screen you'd like to share from the window that appears
  3. Check the "Share Computer Sound" checkbox that's at the bottom left of the new window that appeared
  4. Click the Share button at the bottom right of the new window that appeared

Turning on audio sharing after you've shared your screen

  1. From the Zoom menu that's at the top of your screen click the More button
  2. Choose "Share computer audio" from the drop down menu that appeared
  3. You should now see a speaker icon in the green "You are screen sharing" message
