Requesting Use and Support
Individuals can report issues or ask questions about this service by contacting the Franklin Helpdesk at:

Current Rates for Service
Individuals can utilize this service to view the status of other Franklin College supported IT services for no additional charge. This service is not available for status updates for systems not managed by Franklin OIT. If you believe there is a service that Franklin College provides that should be present in this service but is not, please notify the helpdesk.

Eligibility
Franklin OIT only provides status updates about Franklin College IT Services utilizing this service. Franklin OIT may also utilize this service to provide updates about campus wide IT issues as they pertain to Franklin College IT services.
Client Responsibility
- Visit the status website for information regarding Franklin College IT Services
- Manage subscription to email notifications
- Some individuals will be subscribed automatically including but not limited to: department heads, office managers, individuals who manage specific services
- Receive or Discontinue Status and Service Updates from Franklin OIT
OIT Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the hardware, software, and infrastructure that support this service
- Utilize the service to provide timely updates and notifications about service interruptions
