Important Service Update: As of April, 2024, Qualtrics is currently under review for continued availability. Due to exceptional cost increases, UGA will only be renewing Qualtrics until June, 2025. After that time, it is uncertain if the service will continue to be available. Additionally, the function of Qualtrics is now limited to Instructional and Research-based purposes only.

UGA provides Qualtrics as an external tool used to conduct online surveys that can also be used to create simple or logic based information collection forms. The forms or surveys can be embedded in any web page.

Benefits of Service

The biggest advantages to using Qualtrics for your web forms or surveys is that it gives you the ability to apply branching logic to questions, randomization, 70+ question types, and translation into 50+ languages.

Requesting Use and Support

New Clients

If you are Franklin College faculty or staff, intend to use Qualtrics for collecting Instructional or Research-based data, and you need an account, submit a helpdesk ticket requesting an account on Qualtrics. If you need to consult with a Qualtrics professional, please submit a helpdesk ticket requesting consulting assistance. 

Existing Clients

Qualtrics is accessible via https://ugeorgia.qualtrics.com/. Login with your MyID and password.

Current Rates for Service

  • Access to Qualtrics is provided free of charge to all UGA faculty, staff and students.
  • Limited to gathering instructional and research-based data only. Qualtrics should not be used for administrative or operational purposes.
  • Limited Qualtrics consulting is available at no charge to Franklin College faculty and staff.
