Ivanti Remote Control Permissions Pop-Up on Macs

Ivanti Management is one of the tools that Franklin OIT utilizes to help maintain compliance and security on UGA computers. After an update, you may receive a notification on your computer to “finish installation” and allow remote permissions. This is expected behavior, and here are the steps to complete the update for your computer.

Once you click “Next” on the first window, it will prompt you to open System Preferences

When System Preferences (or System Settings) opens, make sure to toggle the IV Remote Control to be active.

You may get another prompt for Full Disk Access.

Make sure to toggle IV Remote Control to be active, and check to make sure Ivanti Agent is also toggled on.

Once those are toggled on, you should see a confirmation notice in the installation window and you’re all done!
