Digital Signage Guidelines
Franklin College digital signage is a tool to encourage a sense of community and highlight opportunities for the students of Franklin College. Digital signage is a combination of a display and player. The player is a small-form computer that runs the digital signage software, and each department is responsible for managing the content and scheduling of their signage. Contact the Franklin OIT Helpdesk to get started or to discuss other use cases and options.
Policies
The digital signage service is funded and supported by the Student Technology Fee and as such, should have a primary focus on the enhancement of student instructional experiences and outcomes.
